Where Do We Ship?
We deliver exclusively to physical street addresses within the 48 Contiguous United States (the "Lower 48").
Locations Excluded: At this time, our fulfillment partners do not support standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses and P.O. Boxes. Any orders placed with shipping addresses in these regions will be promptly canceled and refunded in full.

Order Tracking
As soon as your package is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking link and courier details (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics). You can follow your delivery in real time directly from that link or by signing into your NovoBam customer account.
Taxes & Fees
Applicable state sales taxes are calculated and collected automatically at checkout according to local regulations. Because all deliveries are completed domestically within the continental United States, there are never any surprise customs fees, import duties, or balance-due charges upon arrival.
