Where do you ship?
At this time, we ship only to the United States.
All deliveries on our website come with no additional cost; they are entirely free of charge. The only exception applies to items that are large-scale, bulk, or unusual in nature. In such instances, you will receive immediate notification regarding any associated charges upon placing your order. It's important to stress that these situations are rare and unique occurrences.
How soon can I get my order?
At NovoBam, we understand your anticipation for the product you've ordered, and we strive to expedite the shipping process to get it to you promptly.
Our shipping process involves two stages: preparation and actual shipping. The majority of our products are dispatched from warehouses in the United States, while the rest are shipped from our warehouses in China.
For products shipped from a U.S. warehouse, you can generally expect delivery within 14 business days, often arriving in as little as 7 working days.
In the case of products stored in our Chinese warehouses, the delivery timeframe extends to a maximum of 35 working days, with an average delivery time of around 25 working days. It's important to note that occasional exceptions may occur due to factors beyond our control or delays during holidays, and we appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Look for the "Shipping From USA" logo on the product page header for items dispatched from our U.S. warehouses.
If, for any reason, your product has not been delivered within 35 working days, kindly reach out to us at email@example.com. Include your order number in the email so that we can promptly assess the status of your order.
Refund processes, if deemed necessary, will be conducted through email correspondence.
Please be mindful that the information stated on the parcel might display a product price significantly lower than the amount you paid. This discrepancy is solely for customs purposes.
Can I track my order?
Upon the shipment of your order, an email will be sent to you, providing a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your order on the courier's website. Additionally, if you have a registered account with us, you can view your previous orders by logging into your account.
Are there any additional charges, such as taxes, duties, customs fees, or other expenses, that I need to cover on top of the prices displayed in your online store?
Except for the exception of GST, all product prices displayed are exclusive of all other taxes and duties. Novobam does not determine or collect these fees. As the recipient, you are liable for all other import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
International Buyers - Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Novobam is not responsible for potential import duties and local taxes and we cannot refund any orders that are returned to us due to non-payment of duty.
